- A score looks wrong or has stopped moving
- Scores come from a live feed and update on their own while a game is in progress. If a score sits still while the game clearly moves, or a final never posts, tell us the two teams and the date. We can correct a game by hand.
- My photo has not shown up in GameDay Pics
- Every photo is reviewed before it appears in the feed, so a new upload is not visible right away. If a photo never appears, it did not pass review.
- I want a photo taken down
- Ask us and we will remove it. Say which photo, and include the caption or the team if you have it, so we find the right one. Removing a photo deletes the stored file.
- I want to delete my account
- In the app, open Settings and look under Account. There is no delete control on the website yet, so email us and we will do it. Photos you posted stay in the feed and stop being linked to you, so ask us to remove a photo as well if that is what you want.
- I am not getting notifications
- Notifications cover score changes and finals for the teams you follow, and nothing else. If none arrive, check that GameDay Live is allowed to send notifications in your device settings, and that you have teams in your favorites.
- A radio station will not play
- Radio stations go on and off the air around their broadcasts. A station that is not broadcasting has nothing to play, and it will work again when it is back on.
- A team, player or game is missing
- The app carries scores and schedules across FBS, with the deepest coverage in the SEC. If something is missing inside that, or a team shows the wrong logo or name, tell us which one.
- Pick’em, and what it costs
- Pick’em is free. You pick winners against a weekly slate for bragging rights. There is no entry fee, no wagering and no prize.
